Terms and Conditions

Our trips are RYA certified and licensed by the Broads Authority.

1. Treble Hooked have the right to refuse bookings at their discretion or alter the trip times/venue if conditions dictate so.

2. Treble Hooked Fishing Trips will not accept any liability relating to the loss or damage to persons or their effects.

3. We accept payment via direct bank transfer, PayPal or cash. 

4. Trips cancelled by the customer within 48 hours of the trip date will if possible be rebooked for a mutually convenient date. If rebooking is not possible, any deposits paid will be lost.

5. Any loss or damage to any properties belonging to the company Treble Hooked must be paid for in full.

6. Any persons deemed unsafe that may put the safety of the boat and its occupants in danger will not be permitted to board. No refunds will be given.

7. No alcohol or drugs are allowed on the boat under any circumstances.

8. Life jackets/ Buoyancy aids are supplied and you are required to wear them whilst boarding, disembarking and on the boat.

9. All anglers must be in possession of a valid Environment Agency rod licence in which proof of this needs to be shown before the trip. If not your trip may be delayed or cancelled until a valid licence is purchased and shown. 

10. All special offers are subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. They may be withdrawn at anytime without notification. 

11. No fish will be removed or killed by any persons, under any circumstances whilst on board our boat. 

A safety briefing will always be given before any trips commence.
